Marie, her best friend Stevie, and their friend Kendra are all attending "Flower Power", an expensive 2 day festival, together with the three tickets her stepbrother gave her for her birthday... Unbeknownst to her older stepbrother Kyle, who was talked into buying the tickets for Marie as a birthday present so they could have some sibling bonding time. When Kyle comes in ready to go and dressed in his OWN rave attire, he finds the three scantily-clad ravers finishing their makeup and not at all concerned that they had given HIS ticket away. First thinking its a joke, Kyle loses his cool when he realizes they are really not intending on taking him to the rave he bought her tickets for. He grabs Marie and against her protests, begins to spank her over her brightly covered rave outfit in front of her friends.
